Raven and Crow Adventures
Ravens and crows are extremely smart. While we are sad that these beautiful souls have imprinted on humans and cannot enjoy a life of being wild and free, we work diligently to find them a wonderful home. One of our amazing staff has secured a home for both at Cornell University. She has been working out the logistics of getting these beautiful birds from Boise, Idaho to Cornell. Well, we put our heads together and three of us have decided that driving them would be in their best interest. All those pesky car issues have gotten my car cross-country trip ready, including new tires.
This is going to be our tribute to this journey. We are funding this our of our own pockets, so any donations will be welcomed. Currently we are thinking of driving straight through to save on lodging costs and time the birds are in the car cooped up. Estimated gas on the low side is $650. We have to plan meals for us, Raven and Crow. Thankfully, we have coolers and can be very resourceful.
